Terms of service

These terms apply to merchants who install or buy CodWing. By installing CodWing or paying for setup, you agree to them. Contact: hello@codwing.com.

The service

CodWing provides a checkout, cash-on-delivery verification, RTO rules, WhatsApp order messaging and Meta event tracking for Shopify stores, plus an optional done-for-you setup.

Your accounts

You connect your own payment gateway, WhatsApp Business account and Meta pixel. You are responsible for those accounts, their fees and their terms. CodWing never receives or settles your customers' payments.

Plans and billing

• The Growth plan is billed monthly through Shopify. The first month is free for new stores. You can cancel any time; cancelling stops future charges.
• The done-for-you setup is a one-time fee for the work described when you buy it and is not refundable once the setup call has taken place.
• Prices are in INR and exclude GST.

Fair use

Don't use CodWing to sell illegal goods, send spam or misleading messages, or break Shopify's, Meta's or your gateway's rules. We may suspend stores that do.

Availability

We work to keep CodWing running at all times but can't promise it will never be interrupted. If CodWing is unavailable, your store can fall back to Shopify's default checkout.

Liability

CodWing reduces fake and returned orders but cannot guarantee any particular result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Data

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your store's and your buyers' data.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you by email before changes that affect your plan take effect.
